U Mobile Malaysia offers HTC Desire X for RM164 a month
Again, as I went through my Facebook wall this morning, I saw a post by U Mobile Malaysia advertising their HTC Desire X Android phone, customers will be able to purchase the phone for RM164 a month. I was curious about the price and other benefits the company is offering its customers. The phone is sold for RM1199 (RRP) but will be offered for only RM899 if you are to sign up with U Mobile’s U28 package, with this package you are obliged to pay RM164 installment per month plus RM28 for a 24 month contract. According to their website you will be saving about RM300.
Other package include the U58 and the U88 packages, higher monthly commitments but the phone price is also cheaper, U58 at RM699 and U88 at RM459.
Basically, the HTC Desire X specs are as follow:

- Processor: 1 GHz, Dual-core, Qualcomm MSM8225 Snapdragon

The device is also available at lelong.com.my for RM949 but I am not sure of the authenticity of the device. It is advisable for potential buyers to check the phone thoroughly before committing to any purchase.
