As I couldn’t decide which recipe to use first for making my own vegan mozarella, I just made both:
The left one is with macadamia nuts and is the recipe for Macarella from But I could never go Vegan.
On the right is Mozarella Végétale from Fromages Vegan, and it has tofu and other soy products as a base.
