Twitter May Soon Allow Posting Images, Videos in One Tweet

Twitter has confirmed that this is testing a new feature that will allow users to post images, videos and GIFs in one multimedia tweet.

The company confirms the test and says it is available to several users for a limited time, adding that the account can add tags to photos and videos in tweets, report Techcrunch.

We are testing a new feature with a selected account for a limited time that will allow people to mix up to four media assets into one tweet, regardless of the format, “the microblogging site as quoted in a statement.

While some users have tweeted about this feature, it is not clear how the appearance of the media is different in one tweet.

We see people have more visual conversations on Twitter and using images, GIFs, and videos to make this conversation more interesting, “said the company.

“With this test, we hope to learn how people combine this different media format to express themselves more creatively on Twitter outside 280 characters,” he added.

Recently, Twitter confirmed that this is testing a new status feature that allows users to mark the post with predetermined labels, such as the status allowed by the previous LiveJournal and MySpace systems.

Some of these statuses include “Spoiler Warning”, “Shower Thought”, “DAY PICTURE” and for some reasons, “current status” which is very excessive “
