בבית הכנסת שלנו יש יהודי פשוט וחייכן, רוני, שמגיע לכל תפילה כמו שעון. בשבת יש לו תפקיד מיוחד. אף שבית הכנסת חרדי, אחרי קריאת התורה הרב קורא בשמו ורוני אומר מי שברך לחיילי צה"ל.
שבוע וחצי רוני לא הגיע. הרב הלך לבקר אבל לא היה מענה.
היום נמצאה גופתו.
