Turquoise Tree

Turquoise Tree

Size: 36 x 48 x 1.5 in

Medium: Oil On Canvas

Description: It has been said that turquoise unites heaven and earth, male and female. It is also associated with the archangel Sandalphon, who once lived as a mortal. He is said to emit a turquoise color energy. His guardianship associates him with the Tree of Life, nature elements and healing of the earth. With this influence the very trees in this painting convey his down to earth, loving and caring energy.
Not many people know that trees actually are very social and communicate with one another. In this painting the turquoise tree bends to embrace and give the knowledge of the forest to the two more adolescent trees. One tree listens to the advice, while the other mischievous tree seems to scurry off to find its own adventure in the forest.
