Turning Weaknesses into Strengths

By None @DefyGravityToo

What are your passions?  What are your strengths?  What are your weaknesses?  What makes you unique?

According to Peter Bregman, a strategic advisor to CEOs and regular Harvard Business Review blogger, the key to “true success” and achieving “your full potential” lies at the intersection of these four questions and in turning weaknesses into strengths.

I’ve been mulling over this idea ever since reading an article about Bregman and his philosophy in my local paper last week. The more I think about what he’s saying, the more I agree with him.  Although it’s easier said than done to pursue our passions, leverage our strengths, embrace & compensate for our weaknesses, and assert our differences, the time and effort it takes to do so is well spent.

So if you’re at a crossroads in your life and wondering what path to take next, jot down your answers to these questions.  Then watch the above video.
