This season has drawn to a close, but Turkish Football Weekly prepares for all the fun of what the offseason will bring.  Week 34 results of the Turkish Super League are reviewed in brief, concentrating mostly on the fight for European spots.  The third team to be promoted from the PTT 1st Division was determined this past week in the playoff final.  That is discussed as well as the pre-match extracurricular activity that occurred before the promotional playoff final.  There’s even brief mention of the fight for promotion from the TFF 2nd Division.  Three major news bites came out from the Turkish Football Federation and UEFA concerning the foreigner cap, Turkish clubs who have been tagged with violating Financial Fair Play, and disciplinary proceedings brought against two Turkish clubs stemming from the match fixing case of 2011.  Other news discussed include Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyespor sacking their coach after gaining promotion, and Izet Hajrovic filing a complaint to FIFA due to claims of unpaid wages.
