15 colleges, deadly passion & one winning target was one of the crazy journey of turf War India football tournament. The match was held at GL Bajaj Institute Noida. There were cheer ladies, food, fashion & a lot of excited activities to do. Jabong did support this massive sport event to enhance the sportsmanship in youth.
All teams were full of enthusiasm to win the tournament trophy. We were equally excited to see the winners. Finally, Sharda University won the finale & received cash prize of INR25,000. Anupam Vishvarma won the player of the match with cash prize of INR10,000. Watch out PV Sindhu Winning pictures.
The entire event was glittered with number of celebrities.The event was hosted by MTV VJ Clince Varghese. Adding to the glitz along with British film actress, singer, model, TV presenter and former MTV VJ Sophie Choudry were celebrities such as past contestants from the hit reality TV Shows MTV Roadies and Splits villa, Martina Thariyan and Shreeradhe Khanduja and Benafsha.
Hummel & Jabong sponsored the entire event & congratulated all 15 teams for a wonderful tournament. Hummel and turf war is about doing your best at the pitch and enjoy fun, fashion and football.There was food, dance, music & youth of India. being a responsible citizen donate your clothes for a good deed.
We could receive those fresh vibes of energy being in between future of our nation that is our new generation. Sophie Chaudhary played along with the audience during jazz sessions & greeted the huge crowed of young guys & girls. Other TV celebrities extremely enjoyed the evening with winning team & the post event bash. We clicked hundreds of pictures with our photography skilled lessons.
In India sports is considered at a good level as far as career is concerned. Jabong & Hummel gave their hand of support to boost the sports power in our young generation. Football is the most loved sports worldwide. India is no longer lacking in sports talent that I could see those teams while playing. I am extremely overwhelmed being part of turf war India. We hope there will be many more tournament in coming years. The next one is due in Bombay sponsored by Jabong again. Keep it up jabong & Hummel & sportsmen.
