Starting May 26 a new musical titled Holler If Ya Hear Me will be be previewed at the Palace, and memorable songs from the late Tupac Shakur will be featured in it. The musical is set to open on Broadway June 19, according to ew.com. The “Holler If Ya Hear Me” single also known as the first song featured on 2Pac’s second album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z… will be featured alongside the singles “Keep Ya Head Up” and “I Get Around.” The musical is a non-biographical story about two friends in the inner-city in the Midwest, and is being musically produced by Shakurs mom Afeni Shakur herself.
