It was one of those days yesterday and hubby and I couldn’t figure out what we wanted to eat. We eventually decided on a tuna salad. Usually we just have it with a little bit of onion, some tomato and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a dollop of mayo but we fancied a change.
We had it with pasta and sweet corn. It was really yummy!
1 tin of tuna
1 tomato
Half an onion
1 tin of sweet corn
400grams of pasta (macaroni works best as its not too heavy)
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
I added a little salad cream just to give it a kick
Delicious!!
Hubby mixed his up with a dacous like tomato sauce.
