I have never been to any Zark's Burgers let alone tried any of their offerings. But after shopping during SM North EDSA's sale, we received a free treat from SM x BDO - free nachos! Who doesn't like nachos, right? Plus, it is free and I'm curious why a huge number of people lined up during Zark's burger promo.

So how was it, you ask? First here are the food ordered.
Zark's Ultimate
1/4 Pounder with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, cheese sauce and bacon!
Grilled Cheeseburger
A grilled cheeseburger with fresh homemade bacon jam topped with melted mozzarella, cheddar and jalapeno!
Signature Burger Steak - Original gravy
Let me say that the Signature Burger Steak was a mistake, a huge one. Some parts of the steak were good but the gravy didn't taste like gravy. I prefer homemade gravy. Now for the Grilled Cheeseburger. Each layer offers something delicious. As a whole, the Grilled Cheeseburger is a good choice. Just make sure you have an ice-cold beverage ready. The same goes for Zark's Ultimate burger.
It's actually really good the only drawback are the buns. As mentioned, you really need to have a beverage by your side. I recommend Zark's lemonade, the blue one.
Though the food we ordered isn't all that great, I wasn't disappointed with the nachos. It is quite good. And since this is only my first experience and I appreciate their good service I am willing to try another Zark's Burgers branch. Maybe I'll try their other burgers, buffalo wings and fries.
