Try a Trend // Leather Report

As I quickly glanced at the pictures for this post, there was one that stood out.  I spotted a fuzzy Himalayan monster walking about the parks of Fort Worth.  Wait, that was me looking like a leather legging wearing Yeti {aka Abominable Snowman} in the woods!

Anyhow, I LOVED this outfit and told Mr. S that I wanted to wear fuzzy coats and hats in all of my posts from now on.  He said that I should start that as a new chapter for my blog.  He may be on to something!  ;)
Those leather leggings are the perfect complement to a furry coat, don't you think?  Confession time: I busted the bum out of those leggings earlier this year when putting them on.  Think loud explosion then feeling breezy in the back.  Thank goodness I was at home.  I brought it to a seamstress, and she has REINFORCED the backside.  Whew right?!

The Style Rx:  When looking for the perfect pair of leather leggings, make sure you do the stretch test.  Move around, dance, bend over, whatever... to make sure an "explosion" doesn't happen to YOU!  P.S.  Leather is a great texture to pair with nubby knit sweaters, fuzzy jackets, denim, ... you name it!
