Don't believe the claims for some on the right that Donald Trump's job approval numbers are getting better. They are NOT! Trump still has only about 38% of the public approving of the job he is doing, and that has remained fairly constant since shortly after his inauguration. And his disapproval is still double-digits higher than his approval.
The charts reflect information in a new Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between May 20th and 22nd of a national sample of 1,500 adults, with a 3 point margin of error.
NOTE -- This poll was done before Trump's embarrassing cancellation of the talks with North Korea.
