The charts were made from information contained in a new Politico / Morning Consult Poll -- done between November 16th and 18th of a random national sample of 1,885 registered voters, with a margin of error of 2 points.
It looks like some Americans are willing to give Trump a "honeymoon period" in his presidency. Before the election, he had a negative favorable rating of 25 points. Now his favorable and unfavorable ratings at dead even (46% to 46%). That's a fairly large bump.
But it's not across the board. While men, whites, and seniors now give him a positive favorable rating, women, minorities, and young people still view him negatively. In other words, Americans are still divided on whether he will be a good president.
The chart below shows that same poll's results on the favorability of other politicians.
