These charts reflect the results of the recent NBC News / Wall Street Journal Poll -- done between September 13th and 16th of a national sample of 900 registered voters, with a 3.27 point margin of error.
The top chart shows the public's negative opinion of the last four presidents. Trump has the largest negative opinion by far (51%).
The second chart shows the percentage of registered voters who say they would be "very uncomfortable" with the leading presidential candidates for the 2020 election. Again, Trump leads the pack with 49% -- 8 points higher than Bernie Sanders, and 16 points higher than Elizabeth Warren or Joe Biden.
These are not good numbers for a president seeking re-election.
