We haven’t seen Reverend Steve Newlin in a while on HBO‘s True Blood but Michael McMillian has been keeping busy. He co-authored the second arc of the True Blood comic books, had his own comic book series ‘Lucid‘ debut, and he has guest starred in several television shows including ‘CSI: NY’. He is now set to appear in a horror film entitled ‘The Banshee Chapter’. The movie is about a young journalist who goes looking for a missing friend (McMillian), who “had been experimenting with mind altering chemicals developed in secret government drug tests”. According to the press release for the film the movie is:
A fast-paced blend of fact and fiction, the film is based on real documents, actual test subject testimony, and uncovered secrets about programs run by the CIA.
