The Insider caught up with Joe Manganeillo, the man behind True Blood‘s cuddly werewolf Alcide Herveaux, at GQ’s Men of the Year party in Hollywood last week and the topic of discussion was none other than fashion. And by fashion, we mean nudity. Manganiello is one of several cast members of the popular vampire drama that spend a lot of time showing a lot of skin, but for Manganiello (and thankfully for us) he hasn’t limited shedding his clothes to just True Blood. In his current project, the film Magic Mike, he spends a lot of time showing us a lot of himself, and that has a lot of people very excited for the film’s release:
“I didn’t anticipate just how excited everyone is for this movie… And you’re never going to be able to look at any of us the same ever again!”
Now that filming for season 5 of True Blood is underway (cameras began rolling three days ago!), Truebies everywhere are salivating for any little detail about what we can expect to happen in Bon Temps. A few spoilers are making their way around the internet, but don’t expect to get anything out of Manganiello:
“Uhhh, I love it [True Blood]! Love it! Yeah, but I can’t talk about it! It’s really tough because I want to tell you everything!”
