Trending: Eyelet

Every now and then, a trend emerges, and I absolutely must have a piece of it! Does that ever happen to you? The eyelet trend is very sporty chic and just screams summer. Eyelet pieces, especially skirts or shorts remind me of tennis attire, which is probably the inspiration behind the whole trend. Eyelet pieces can easily be worn during the summer whether it's for a casual evening stroll or Sunday brunch {my fave!}.
I already own an eyelet shirt and I'm currently on the hunt for a white eyelet skirt like this one, or this one. I'm a pro at "never giving up until you find it" type of situations so this is going to be a very fun challenge for me. What do you think of the eyelet trend?Xo
