Uri Ariel's transfer is a transfer of cats.
And I have no problem with it.
(the cat lovers are going to hate me for this)
Ariel wants to transfer one gender of cats - either all the male cats or all the female cats - to solve the cat problem in Israel. You could call it a cat infestation.
The reason behind Ariel's plan is because halachically it is a better solution than the current solution of spaying the cats.

Not only that, but either the spaying doesn't work or they do not actually do it. We have had cats give birth next to our place of residence, even on our porch, more than a handful of times. Nobody is spaying cats around here, or they need to use a better spaying method.
So, transfer of cats is surely better than whatever current methods of spaying they are using.
And it is ok to only get rid of one gender. We need some cats, I guess, to keep the mice population down.
Cats are evil. They are the work of the devil. I am all for transferring them out of town.
