This past weekend we ventured into NYC for the night. We had a credit with Living Social and scored an awesome room smack dab in the city. We stayed at the Carlton and they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. Since we had our pooch and the kiddo, it was the ultimate score.
The hotel was super nice and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend staying there if you are ever in the city. Since it was the warmest its been in months we spent most of Saturday outside in Central Park and exploring the zoo. The Central Park Zoo is nothing compared to the San Diego Zoo but the kiddo loved it. The highlight for me was the Snow Leopards… probably because I have never been to a zoo with snow.
That afternoon we went to Dean and DeLuca and enjoyed some afternoon espresso and chocolate. It was just what the doctor ordered after a stressful week!
