My last post focussed on the big two – Microsoft and Sony. Their press conferences gave us more than a few trailers, but over the last few days we’ve seen even more reveals, trailers and gameplay demos from the studios themselves. Time for me to shut up; let’s get right on with it!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

-

The first video is a stage demo. The second is also a stage demo, but much longer and with the crowds behind a little harder to hear at times. Some of the second footage was shown at E3, but here we have a lot more.

Destiny

This new trailer shows off some Martian gameplay.

World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor

As usual, Blizzard brings a gorgeous trailer (that naturally looks nothing like how the game looks, but we all should know that by now) to show off the next WoW expansion.

Snow

Been a while since we had a snowboarding sports game. With the Cryengine tech it looks quite lovely, but will it be as fun as SSX Tricky, the ultimate snowboarding game ever forever always?

MGSV: The Phantom Pain

A fifteen minute long stage demo, returning to the desert area of the E3 demo but with new additions and changes.

Dragon Age: Inquisition

A detailed look at the game, including gameplay.

Assassin’s Creed: Rogue

This last-gen only title returns us to the Pirates of AC4

Dying Light

Gameplay Demo

Far Cry 4

Gameplay Demo

Alien Isolation

An extended gameplay demo of this upcoming, truly superb looking, horror game.

InFamous Second Son: First Light DLC

A trailer for the upcoming standalone starring Fetch, the almost likeable secondary character from Second Son.

Forza Horizon 2

Some gameplay of the new Forza game.

Yoshi’s Wooly World

Said it at E3, I’ll say it again now. Cutest game ever.

Civilization: Beyond Earth

Gameplay of the next Civ game where we take to the stars.

Mortal Kombat X

Info and footage.

No Man’s Sky

PSAccess Hollie has a chat with Sean Murray. No new footage (this isn’t a game you can just pull a cinematic from) but there’s some info of interest to those pining for this game.

Cities: Skylines

A new city sim game promising to be what Sim City 4 should have been.

That’s it from Gamescom 2014. Any stragglers will be added to this post in updates, but I think we’ve seen the bulk of it. Sony have said they couldn’t fit everything into their presentation here, and to expect even more announcements at the Tokyo Game Show next month. If you missed part one of this feature remember to check it out, otherwise I’ll see you for the TGS roundup.
