Always keep your cupboards stocked with a packet of pasta and a packet of absorbio rice
At the end of the week you can use all your left over veg and what ever else you might have in the fridge/freezer into making great tasting pasta and risotto dishes
Also helps cut down on food waste, especially needed in the current climate with food prices rising in the way that they are
Why not make a big pot and have left overs for lunch the next day.
