While the oranges are packed full of vitamin C, which is great for the immune system, the turmeric and ginger will help to prevent illness in their very own ways. Ginger is backed full of natural antibiotic properties; which turmeric makes your cells more resistant to infection.

Combining all of the ingredients below into this delightful juice should help to reduce the symptoms of the common cold, and ward off future illnesses too. Remember, for the best results, you’ll need to use fresh turmeric, which you can usually find within a health store. If you can’t get fresh, powdered turmeric will work too. You’ll need:
