Number 5 is Tony Parker. This year he is averaging 19.1 PPG and 7.2 APG and is a major reason why the San Antonio Spurs are currently the 3rd seed in the Western Conference. If Tony Parker continues this level of play there is no question the Spurs will go far in the playoffs.
Number 4 is Russell Westbrook who is averaging 21.7 PPG and fifth most APG with 8.5 and not only that, surprisingly he is averaging 5.1 rpg. Russell is always criticized about being a ball hog but the assist numbers tell a different story. And yes, there's no doubt he's a great scorer -- one of the best in the league. He is a great compliment to Kevin Durant as Kevin Durant is to him. Throughout the years there is no question he will get better and possibly win a title in OKC.
At Number 2 is the twin brother of the greatest state farm agent in the world, Chris Paul. Chris Paul this season is averaging 17 PPG and second in the NBA in APG with 9.3 he is also leading the league in steals with 2.6 spg. Chris Paul is the leader of the Los Angeles Clippers and has made them the 1st seed in the Western Conference and potentially has made them a team contending for a title. Chris Paul will not only get better throughout the season but his competitiveness and hunger to win will grow.
And at Number 1 the best point guard in the NBA is..... RAYMOND FELTON..... just kidding it's Rajon Rondo. Rajon Rondo this season is averaging 13.2 PPG and is leading the league in assist with a remarkable 13.2 apg he is also sixth in steals with 1.95 spg. Rajon Rondo has two triple doubles in the season and is the main play-maker for the Boston Celtics. Their record may not be the best but they are at .500 and have a chance to move up in the Eastern Conference. With Rondo leading the way there is no doubt they can do it.
