If I had to take a guess at the amount of Lego themed parties there is being held in a single year I would guess that it is in the thousands.  So what I thought I would do (before my own little boy asks to have a Lego themed party) is take a look at some of the very best and most creative Lego themed party foods…

Lego Cheese and Crackers

10 – Cheese and Crackers

OK, so cheese and crackers is not gonna go down that well at a kids party,  but for some snacks for the parents it is not that bad an idea! No making guide or recipe with this idea, but then again if you need a recipe and making guide for cheese on crackers you really shouldn’t be hosting a kids party!

Lego Rice Krispies

9 – Rice Krispes

This idea of making rice krispie bars that are shaped like Lego is probably one of the lightest options there are in this top 10! Sadly not much of a making guide to go with this one but the idea sounds and indeed looks simple enough.

Lego Oreo Party Cake

8 – Party Cake

There is probably millions of ideas for Lego themed cakes but I just thought that this one was one of the very best. Using Oreo cookies as the bricks joining sections is a genius idea and makes the design simple enough for most of us to follow along with. It does also help that there is a step by step guide to make it as well.

Lego Jelly Cubes

7 – Jelly Cubes

Making some Jelly (or jello) cubes it not just a good idea for a Lego party, but also as some light snacks for kids all year round! Using different flavours of jelly to make different color bricks sounds a simple enough idea provided you have the right moulds.

Lego chocolate men cupcakes

6 – Cupcakes

When it comes to Lego style Cupcakes there is more ideas out there than Lego bricks in the world! So it was a hard choice. But I think I have done OK. This idea for a chocolate cupcake with a simple chocolate moulded Lego man on top it nice because of the contrast of chocolate Lego man on the white butter cream.

Lego heads pop cakes

5 – Pop cakes

there are in fact 2 recipes to be found in the image link. The first ones goes to Lego Marshmallow pops and they looks much the same as these, and down the bottom of the page is the recipe for these cake pops. Both sound good to me.

Lego M&M Cookies

4 – Cookies

I love cookies and indeed most biscuits at the best of times, so imagine my joy at seeing these Lego cookies with M&M’s on the tops for the brick joining sections. This is the type of Lego I can really sink my teeth into.

Lego Sandwiches

3 – Sandwiches

Sadly there isn’t so much as a sniff of a making guide to these, but they look simple enough to make. Just make sandwiches and cut holes out of one side and place them on top of the other! It might well lead to a fair amount of waste, but the bird will appreciate it.

Lego pizza slices

2 –Pizza Slices

I really didn’t think there was any way to make pizza any more fun than what it already was! But that is what this person has done by cutting them into Lego style shapes. This is just a great idea even at Friday dinner time, let alone a party!

Chocolate Lego bricks

1 – Chocolate

I just thought that simplicity really was the best idea when it comes to edible Lego. Just get yourself a set of Lego moulds, and fill them with chocolate! Best of all is that it doesn’t have to be chocolate, it can be just about anything your kids will eat. From Jelly to candy mix.
