The charts above reflect the results of a survey by the Survey Center on American Life (a division of the conservative American Heritage Institute) -- done between January 21st and 30th of a national sample of 2,016 American adults, with a 2.7 point margin of error.
The poll shows a frightening thing -- that far too many Americans think violence is an answer to this country's problems.
