My last trip to Singapore in Asia was more than just sightseeing and sounds. I had another important goal: to join Tony Robbins Seminar. Suddenly, my life experience has exceeded the usual expectations of Tony Robbins events.
Here is my personal review. I will give you a summary of my learning over the days, sharing the pros and cons of my experience, and giving you advice.
I hope this advice will help you develop a positive attitude and realize your dreams.
In this post, I have featured my trustworthy and honest Tony Robbins Seminar Review 2019 where I shared my experience with Tony's Seminar that I have recently attended. Let's get started here.
Tony Robbins Seminar Review 2019: Should You Also Go For It??
Who is Tony Robbins
Tony Robbins, named after Anthony Robbins, original name Anthony J. Mahavorick (born February 29, 1960, in Glendora, California, USA), American speaker, motivational specialist, and "Life Coach" The Gospel of the Self-esteem improves.
Robbins was born Anthony J. Mahavorick into a working-class family. In his childhood, he adopted the name of a father-in-law.
In his youth, he discovered that he had the talent to speak in public and began to read works by writers as inspiring as Ralph Waldo Emerson and Dale Carnegie. Robbins did not go to college, but organized seminars for the motivational speaker Jim Rohn.
He also trained with John Grinder, a linguist, and developer of the "modeling" code, a technique that allows an apprentice to copy the conscious and unconscious behavior of a successful person.
In the early 1980s, Robbins began to organize his own seminars, which were referred to as secular revival meetings.
The Grinder diet, known as neurolinguistic programming, involved walking with fire as a trusted generator, and Robbins began incorporating experience into his own programs. (In a famous tour he drove Oprah Winfrey by a walk in the fire).
He built followers by writing books and later producing audiobooks, television commercials, DVDs and smartphone apps. In 2010, he organized a short-lived reality show, Breakthrough with Tony Robbins.
Here are my 4 Day Experience in Tony Robbins Seminar
First day Of the Seminar
On the first day of the Seminar, Tony Robbins talks about our belief systems, our six human needs, and our fears.
It was a good start to the event, especially the topic of fears. We all have fears and they keep us stressed out.
These are the reasons why we feel failure and rejection, essentially all the strong and negative emotions that affect us regularly. The first day was really spent exploring the concept of fear and how to handle it.
Tony Robbins has a unique way of perceiving fear because he chooses to confront him directly instead of fleeing or avoiding him which most people do because nobody is in a scary situation. However, Tony talks about dancing with your fears no matter what they are.
The idea of "dancing with your fears" is good preparation for the firewalk event. The way of the fire is actually an excellent symbol to change your fear.
If you have the opportunity to walk on a burning coal bed, you always have the opportunity to face the fear and walk on your own. Moment.
The firewall was a memorable part of the first day and it's really worth rethinking your positive attitude about how you can defeat fear and be brave enough to make your dreams come true.
I was told that many years ago Tony had asked his participants to jump from a plane to a parachute as a metaphor to overcome their fears.
However, the number of its followers has increased and with Thirteen Thousand participants in the Seminar event in Singapore, the launch was a more workable but equally effective and impressive part of the day.
My personal experience with going to the fire confirmed what Tony is about his ability to go, his ability to cross, and especially his fears.
Personally, I had already decided by the campfire that it was something I was not afraid of, and I was really excited.
The experience of going to the fire made me realize that Tony's idea of fear was true: I can overcome it and therefore I can do whatever I want.
Second day Of the Seminar
On the second day of the Seminar, Joseph McClendon III shares the stage with Tony and takes care of most of the second day (and the fourth day).
To clarify: Tony Robbins will be released on days 1 and 3 - I just want you to know that!
This is not something that bothers you if you believe you have signed up for Tony Robbins Events for four full days: Days 1 and 3 are displayed because you need to take turns these days to allow your vocal cords to rest.
Remember that you have been doing this for 30 or 40 years and have finally reached the point where you need to take a break between them.
However, Joseph McClendon III is genuinely equal to Tony's energy. He is incredibly intelligent and his discussions bring a world of wisdom.
McClendon spends the second day talking about the five main forces: his goal, the clarity of power: almost everything that will prepare him for Tony Robbins events on the third day. McClendon also talks a bit about economics and finance.
The second day's activities also include videos by Tony Robbins, a great alternative to the business world.
The videos you see at Seminar events are invaluable: full of wisdom that I've absorbed like a sponge.
In short, Day 2 was as good as Day 1 and you will not be disappointed to have Joseph McClendon as a speaker because he really knows what he's talking about, Tony Robbins can be to work with the public, and generally goes it continues.
Third day Of the Seminar
The third day of the Seminar is the return of Tony Robbins and the crowd is going crazy. The third day is called "Transformation Day".
It's the day you pick up on all your beliefs, as Tony Robbins said, including your limiting beliefs in your mind and the stories you tell in your head without telling them anymore.
This is the day you refuse to let those stories limit you and you say aloud that today you will take control of your life.
The day of the transformation was downright magical to me. There was also a guest speaker and an artist (but note that depending on Tony Robbins events, the artists will vary in different scenarios).
The speaker of the day was as expected fantastic and he told us how he came from nowhere and created an incredible empire.
Fourth day Of the Seminar
Joseph McClendon III performed again on the fourth day and he talked about health. The fourth day was dedicated to health: your life, taking care of your body, taking care of your temple.
This question plays a big role in creating a positive mental framework because frankly, this day with Joseph McClendon III taught me a lot about health and fitness over the last 30 years of my life.
Here's how big and powerful this day is. In fact, I think that the topic of the only fourth day could already become a separate seminar and that it would be exhausted.
The reason I say this is that when you look at and listen to Joseph McClendon III you will see how much he lives and what beliefs he defends.
Your energy and the way you look after your body are an inspiration to me. When you talk about health, you will find that life is about living it the best you can. After all, you want to return with your family and spend as much time as possible with them.

Top Lessons By Tony Robbin Seminar
Here are the 6 things I learned after walking on fire with Tony Robbins.
Morning routines are one of the easiest ways to make lasting changes and dramatically improve your life.
Everyone has a different routine, so it's important to find what works for you. Here's a morning routine called Tony "Preparation." As he said, "If you do not have 10 minutes for you, you have no life."
Focus on 3 things you are grateful for (1 minute each). Think about 3 things you want to create. Visualize your goals already achieved. (One min each) Practice "Breath of Fire" - 3 sets of 30 seconds each. Once you have changed your breathing, your physiology will change and energy will be given for the day. Most likely someone did it one way or another, whatever you want to do. Model these people to accelerate your own success. The wheel does not have to be reinvented.
If you want to create an epic website, contact the people you admire and ask them what they did. Buy your course, watch your videos, and find ways to guide you.
If you want to lose 30 pounds, find someone who has already done so. Find out what they have eaten, how often they have trained and if they have a trainer.
Find a coach or mentor to speed things up!
- Progress is always equal to Hapiness
Whether you have debts of $ 30,000 or $ 1 million, people want to make a difference in their lives. Remember the last time you were frustrated or annoyed with your life ... you probably felt "stuck", did not you?
It is natural that people want to evolve, no matter where they are in life. Try to do something every day to help you achieve your goals.
Do not let your luck depend on others, but try to progress in you and your goals. So you can work better with your relationships, your friends and your overall happiness.
- The suffering of the races The suffering
Have you ever complained, complained or moped and a situation has magically improved? I think no ...
Do not stay in a state of suffering, it will only bring more things into your life. Life is not perfect ... people will disappoint you, accidents will happen and you will make mistakes. The next time you feel a little sad, angry, anxious or angry, give yourself 60 to 90 seconds. Understand why you've gone crazy and focus on how you can solve it.
Change your physiology and walk a bit, take a deep breath and focus on something that you are grateful for in your life. You can not be grateful and at the same time suffer, it is impossible.
Fortunately, you do not have to inflict real physical agony on your own subscribers, subscribers, and customers to take advantage of this powerful momentum. Find ways to create visceral experiences for those who want to attract and stay engaged. Use what you have at your disposal. The lights music. The sounds phrases are repeated. The goal is to create a shared experience that is profound.
Too many of us use rational calls. We forget that our colleagues, including our buyers, are full of chemicals that respond to unconscious triggers. If you can promote the production of the right chemicals in the areas that are most important to your business, you will find all sorts of reasons why buying from home is a sensible choice.
When was the last time you knocked on your back or applauded for something incredible that you did or did? Tony made us do this during the seminar and found it extremely powerful.
The next time you reach a goal, start it at a meeting or give a speech, applaud and like it. You have to become your biggest fan! This reaction will confirm that you are on the right path and would like to repeat these feelings in the future.
Just compareIt's so easy to compare yourself with other people you work with, with a school or friends for life. Although this may inspire you from time to time, constant comparison with others can lead to an unsatisfactory life.
The only person you should compare to is your old self.
The science of fire tests
The main theme of the study of Xygalatas is a community of Orthodox Christians from the Greek village of Agia Eleni, called Anestenaria. For hundreds of years, this group celebrated a feast of the two saints whom many condemned as heretics in the General Church.
During the festival, anesthesia takes part in a week of religious processions, music, and ecstatic dances.
Then comes the main event. Dedicated participants seize religious icons, take off their shoes and go on a hot ember, which often burns their soles.
Despite the associated pain and cost, the popularity of the event is increasing year by year. People from all over Greece come to the host city to participate.
The strange appeal of the event caught the attention of the researchers, and some of them interviewed the participants over the years.
Xygalatas reviewed this research. As a result, he came to the conclusion that "many [participants] go for a reason, but then find an explanation".
Xygalatas sees walking with fire as an exciting ritual, which he describes as an experiment that "can stimulate the production of endogenous substances in the human body ... and lead to a greater release of endorphins".
They can influence emotions and motivation. "The exciting rituals also increase the production of dopamine, the brain chemical associated with craving and addiction.
Interestingly enough, a leader can literally stimulate the production of psychotropic chemicals by persuading a person to join in a heady ritual. In addition, these brain chemicals benefit the market leader above all others.
As Xygalatas explains, "Endorphins in the brain can produce subjective rewards, and dopamine can give them a sense of importance, giving them enough motivation to sustain and pass on the ritual."
In other words, when you go on fire, you feel like you are involved in something that changes your life, whether there is a change or not.
Their true meaning, however, is to highlight the participants in the idea of spreading the experience of experience to as many people as possible.
Here are Robbins seven tips for success: Which He Shred During The Seminar
- Everything happens for a reason and a purpose, and that serves us. Successful people focus on what is possible in a situation no matter how many negative reactions they receive. "They believe that adversity contains the seed of an equivalent or superior advantage," he writes.
- Error does not exist. There are only results. There is no failure for successful people. If the result was not what they wanted, they see it as a learning opportunity. According to Robbins, "the belief in failure is a way to poison the mind."
- Whatever happens, you take responsibility. The big winners believe that they create their own world and their reality. Robbins says the greatest leaders have the ability to say, "It's my responsibility, I'll take care of it."
- It is not necessary to understand everything in order to use everything. There is a balance between usage and knowledge. Robbins says that winners "demand the essentials of a situation, get what they need, and not stop at rest".
- People are your biggest resource. Do you respect and value your colleagues? People who achieve outstanding results "have a sense of teamwork, a sense of shared purpose and unity," he writes.
- Work is a game: the most remarkable artists, thinkers, and creators in the world have found joy in their work. Bill Gates did not create Microsoft because he hated the software. Robbins reminds us of a wonderful quote from Mark Twain: "The secret of success is making your vocation your holiday."
- There is no lasting success without commitment. If you just try not to commit, nothing promises to reach the end. The most successful people says Robbins, "are not necessarily the best and brightest, the fastest and the strongest, they are the ones with the greatest commitment."
Upcoming Tony Robbins Event | Business Mastery Seminar
So, Tony Robbins is for you?
Well, it depends on many factors, including:
- Did you recently attend other seminars and workshops on personality development? If so, how was your experience? What measures did you take immediately after having had a positive effect on your life?
- Which books, podcasts, teachings have influenced your thinking? Has anyone questioned your beliefs in a positive way?
- Are you working with a life coach, life success consultant, or mentor who can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and guide you to a better version of yourself?
- Are you a "seminar addict", ie a high-adrenaline Rara-Ra addict, but you do very little to implement the teachings?
- Do you have a spiritual practice? It could mean going to church often, meditating regularly, or doing other spiritual work.
- Do you surround yourself with like-minded people who can love you and accept who you are and who can support you and urge you to do your best?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, you may not need to attend a Tony Robbins event. I encourage you to learn more about Tony Robbins' experience before making your decision.
So I hope to share some interesting ideas with this post that others have shared online and give you a better idea of what to expect to attend one of Tony's events.
I've tried to find balanced reviews that offer the pros and cons of Tony Robbins experience.

Conclusion: Tony Robbins Seminar Review 2019
I have a lot of expectations for this event, and as we have learned over the course of the four days, sometimes it is difficult to hope for something to move forward. I felt a little bit discouraged when I thought I should not get involved in the event despite the time I spent there.
I can sense that there is already a change in me and my mindset, and to be honest, I was a little worried about losing the momentum and energy that I felt at UPW, and I never want to do it.
Among the things that I did not expect or that I did not really prepare for were the last nights and my exhaustion.
On the third day of lunch, I had tears over the exhaustion of my mind and body. It did not help that the last few weeks have been unbelievably big for me in terms of life/work and travel, and after the last UPW nights, everything started to get worse.
I knew that every night had to end at midnight, but I did not know that I would feel so exhausted.
I also did not expect to be so inspired to help others or bring about positive changes in the world. I joined the UPW (Unleash The Power Within) and thought that I would learn to improve my business and bring great tools, but I did not know that I would learn much more about myself and my beliefs.
I have digested all the feelings and information of the event and now I have the desire to do more, to be more and to help more. I'm not trying to rush what it means to me as a businessman, but I can feel that what I want to do for the rest of my life is changing, and exploring it is exciting!
I would recommend attending a Tony Robbins event with an unbelievably open mindset. Some people have compared their seminars to "sects" and to be honest, some aspects are probably similar to what some consider a cult. Be open-minded anyway. I never felt compelled to buy anything else from the Tony Robbins franchise, despite selling their biggest shows during the talks at the event.
