Tomb Raider Remastered I-III just dropped update 3 after its initial release in February this year.
Tomb Raider Remastered Update 3
- Added an in-game outfit selector to the game:
- You can access the Outfit Selector from the pause menu.
- Each game’s unique feature is unlocked upon finishing the game’s gameplay.
- All three adventures’ Outfits are interchangeable once they are unlocked.
- It has a toggle for the recognizable red glasses used by Lara Croft.
- When using a thumbstick, pressing a hotkey no longer stops you from running or walking.
- HD versions of Lara Croft’s “Sleeping with the Fishes” posters are currently accessible.
- Every one of the three games has had various SFX enhancements.
- All three of the Modern Controls games have better combat.
- Enhancements have been made to Lara’s model.
- TR1 and TR2 now have the missing water caustic effects.
- Enhanced water color in TR3’s “River Ganges” level.
- In TR3, there are now more monkey bars to see in the High Security Compound.
- Fixed the problem where the sky would appear on modern controls when the camera rounded a corner.
- Resolved a problem where some menus’ Greek translations seemed excessively wide.
- Resolved a problem where the snowmobile in TR2’s “The Cold War” level was using the incorrect texture.
- Fixed a problem in TR2 where a portion of the geometry in “40 Fathoms” was sticking out of the level.
- “Bartoli’s Hideout” now has explosion effects added in TR2.
- All three games now have improved fire effects in different ways.
- Resolved a problem in TR1 where bats would occasionally flicker after dying.
- UK players now have fixed icons for game selection.
- In TR3 The Lost Artifact, a window that was missing from Willard’s Lair was fixed.
- TR3 includes information on every ceiling aperture in the Temple Ruins.
- Corrected a snow position error in TR1’s Caves level.
- In TR3, fix aiming at opponents while crouching.
- For controller players, simple save/reload hotkeys have been added.
