Verdict on Together Together
Together Together is a comedy-drama following an unlikely relationship created between a lonely man and the surrogate carrying his baby. It sees how helpless Matt feels during the process and his worries see him getting closer to Anna.
This does go into an interesting change in the world, showing how surrogates for single parents want to support the process. It shows how both lives are changed and the father is left to wait and hope everything goes smoothly. Outside of the pregnancy side of things, it shows a connection between two lonely people finding calm in their lives. Both characters get to learn life lessons and are left in a difficult position about their own futures. The performances in the movie are good, with Patti Harrison and Ed Helms playing off each other extremely well throughout the film.
Final Thoughts – Together Together is a nice enjoyable comedy-drama.
