We are set to hit the airwaves this Thursday on CJAM. We will also be putting up an online podcast so that everyone from anywhere across the world can listen to our witty banter and out songs that cries to your hearts and souls. To hold you down we are posting a couple songs that give you a bit of foresight as to what is expected.
The first song is by the band The Low Anthem, indie rock group from Providence, USA. The vocals alone are enough to carry you through this beautifully structured song. This song comes off the Oh My God, Charlie Darwin. Enjoy.

The next song comes from Montreal's Patrick Watson. The indie folk style makes me happy to live so close to such a dynamic city. Winner of the Polaris prize in 2007 this is a wonderful introduction to those who are unaware that this type of music exist, screw you top 40 charts.
Last song on this block is a combination of two power house artists to form such an amazing duet. Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes and Ed Droste of Grizzly Bear provide a rare glimpse and answers to fabled questions as "I wonder if so and so from that made a song with which and such what it would sound like?" This is excellent and look for more music from us here at The Otter Beats. Happy Listening.
