“The Revival Project is a worldwide content platform called Depositphotos. It is made up of 38 one-of-a-kind philanthropic NFTs by seven different independent Ukrainian creatives. Each one shows a vision of a future cultural place in Ukraine, from museums and cultural institutions to train stations, with the artists weaving “their own experiences, memories, and imaginations” into the process.

According to the press release, “every artist has a special connection with these cultural sites, which makes their works very personal.” Depositphotos’ creative director Tati Timoshenko says, “It took creative courage to rethink something that has historical and cultural value. It’s important to know that we were working on ideas while new cultural objects were being destroyed by shelling.

“NFTs” have been getting a lot of attention for a long time, Tati says. “Charitable projects only seem to be successful when they use game mechanics, stories, and new technologies that let more people get involved.” However, you can also donate directly here instead of buying NFTs.

The Revival Project website also has stories from 12 Ukrainian artists, designers, photographers, and content producers about how they remember destroyed cultural places. You can buy the NFTs from the Revival Project here.
