Still, the truth is that in a real market, there is a lot of tips Bond. Which are above the market cap and the amount that you get as a dividend may be much more than the amount you paid as an initial deposit.

Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities ( TIPS) are a form of U.S. Treasury bond designed to help investors protect against inflation. These bonds are indexed to inflation, have U.S. government backing, and pay investors a fixed interest rate as the bond's par value adjusts with the inflation rate.

In these Tips Bonds, you can hold for life only. Also, you have the right to exit this tips bonds after staying for two years. A lot of tips Bond offers the cash-out program at the end of the year.

In Tips Bond, the investor is allowed to sell back this tips bond after one year. At the end of the year, you will get the amount equivalent to the monthly investment or the payment for the full year of service. However, if you hold the tip for more than one year, then you will get the whole amount.

While selling your tips bond, the price goes up due to the buy and sale agreement. When the price of tips rises to a certain level, you can sell the tips and get the full amount that you paid in the initial deposit.
