Times are hard right now and several companies are doing their part by offering great deals on their services. Tinder is getting on board by offering its normally pricey Passport feature for free.
The company knows how hard it is to connect with people during the COVID crisis, especially on an international level. The passport feature allows people to swipe abroad at any time. The feature is usually available to only Tinder Gold and Tinder Plus members and requires an additional fee, but Tinder will be offering it free to its members through April 30.

The company is hoping that their users’ ability to reach out globally will help them feel less isolated during this difficult time. They have released a quote encouraging members to “use the Passport feature to virtually transport yourself out of self-quarantine to anywhere in the world”.
But Tinder isn’t the only dating site getting on board to help their users better connect. Match is launching a live streaming feature on its Plenty of Fish service. This will allow members to stream live and connect with others streaming live and leave comments as they watch. It also lets them move into a private message format.
Other options for lonely quarantiners include The Quarantine Supper Club. Brought to you by Renew Breakup Bootcamp owner Amy Chan, the livestream allows singles to have dinner together virtually and find a crush to communicate with during the lockdown. It goes live every evening at 6:33 EST.

New Yorkers Thi Lam and Rance Nix are setting off in a similar direction matching lonely singles through their Instagram account. There service is called Love is Quarantine, a take off on the Netflix play, Love is Blind.
