"We met on instagram during the pandemic. He proposed while we were on vacation in Ibiza, Spain. ", the bride shared with us.

"We wanted all of our wedding decor to feel simplistic and timeless. We want to be able to look back on our photos in 50 years and still love them, so we didn't want to base our decor around a trend. For my bouquet I just chose a simple, round bouquet of white roses. I did this also because my dress was very detailed and ornate, so I wanted everything around it to be complimentary."

"We chose to do a flower arch at the altar because the backdrop at Santorini Gem is stunning, with the view of the Aegean sea. We didn't want the large wood canopy blocking that view... "

"My wedding dress was a long sleeve, fit and flare style with a medium length train. It had lots of ornate lace both on the mesh backing and sleeves, as well as on the dress itself. I chose to do a simple veil with no detail, so that the details of the dress would shine through."

"My favorite moment from the wedding was probably when all of our guests gave speeches and toasts after dinner, under the fairy lights. That was a very sweet moment. "

"Ambiance is very important to us, and we wanted the reception to feel very intimate so we chose to do a fairy light canopy over a long communal style table. We wanted lots of candlelight and a simplistic baby's breath runner in the middle of the table. We loved the transition from our bright and simple ceremony to our candlelit, intimate reception. "

The bride's advice to the other brides-to-be: "Chances are everything is not going to go perfectly according to your plan on the wedding day, but try to embrace everything about the day as it comes. The guests will never know what the original 'plan' was, and it will still turn out beautiful! "
