Looks like Tiffany Haddish ex husband is not okay with the comedian allegedly lying about him beating her in her Memoir “The Last Black Unicorn.”
According to the The Grio, Tiffany Haddish ex husband, William Stewart has hired attorney’s Michael T. Sterling and E. Carlos Tanner III to represent him in a defamation lawsuit against the Girls Trip star.
After Haddish’s memoir was released, Stewart took to social media, and appeared on V103 to dispute the claims in the book. Tiffany claims in the book that William beat her and caused her to have a miscarriage.
“I married Tiffany, her issues, and not the Hollywood lifestyle. I have never beat or hit or called a woman a ‘MF or B’ while having a disagreement ever in my life. I never caused a miscarriage, I have documents to prove this.”
“Tiffany advised me about a month ago about the book and she told me that I would be furious,” Stewart shared.
For her part, Tiffany took to social media and admitted that some stuff in the book was “tweaked.”
“I ain’t gon’ lie. Some stuff in the book is a little bit… I was like, ‘What?’” she said, adding, “I don’t know if when they edit, maybe they tweak things a little. So, then, in the audiobook, I’m like, ‘No, this is what it is.’”
Radaronlie has obtained court documents that show, the comedian had obtained a restraining order against her ex. In the documents, Tiffany describes being choked, and being held down on the ground.
FYI: William Stewarts attorney’s are the same attorney’s that are representing Russell Simmons in his current legal matters.
