Confession: I had never made a vision board until this year. But as we approach a new year and there are so many things I want to accomplish, I decided to throw a vision board party for my next girls night! It was so easy to do and it took me back to my middle school days of cutting out magazines! Anyone else have a clipboard with Mod Podge magazine clippings all over it? Just me? It was the BEST.
Okay so here’s what you’ll need:
Poster boards: I chose these smaller ones because I think they’re the perfect and most practical size for an office, bedroom, wherever. And it wouldn’t take 10 hours to cover!
Magazines: Grab a ton of different kinds so you have a variety of content.
Stickers: I had a ton from my old scrapbooking days but look for packs with quotes or images that relate to your goals.
Tape or glue sticks: I used tape because it was what I had but glue sticks would make for a more seamless finish. You can also grab washi tape if you want to make it pretty and intentional to have the tape showing!
Other embellishments, ribbons, sequins, whatever! Time to get started!
And let’s not forget my inspiration for this party… the movie Hustlers. It’s the perfect movie to watch for girls night, surrounded by your closest gal pals who motivate you and inspire you to reach your goals! One of the best things you can have for your business or even yourself are a tribe of women who support you and genuinely want you to succeed. I’ve been so lucky and met some of the most amazing gals here in Cleveland and without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today!
Don’t forget the snacks; popcorn of course, chips, drinks, candy… the whole shabang!
And there you have it! Girls nights with manicures, pedicures, face masks, etc are fun.. but why not prepare yourself for the upcoming year and manifest your dreams into realities?
You can grab the Hustlers Blu-Ray combo release at Walmart! Have fun!
