Three Young Armed Robbers Arrested In Bayelsa State (Photo)

Three younger armed robbers have been apprehended by the police in Delta State.

They have been arrested after a sufferer noticed a member of the gang round Sagbama space of the state.

The State Police Spokesperson, DSP Vivid Edafe, who made this identified in an announcement on Wednesday, January 26, stated the suspects allegedly shot a 33-year-old man and made away together with his bike in Isoko Native Authorities Space of the state.

"In the year 2021, March 5th to be precise, a case of armed robbery was reported at Oleh Division that one man (name withheld) age 33years was shot and his Qlink Motorcycle was snatched from him by suspected armed robbers between Olomoro and Ehwne Communities in Isoko South LGA," the assertion learn.

An investigation was then initiated and the sufferer was taken to Olomro Normal Hospital the place he was handled and discharged.

Unluckily for them, on 23/01/2022 the sufferer noticed one of many hoodlums round Sagbama, Bayelsa State and he instantly alerted the Command.

The Commissioner of Police Delta State, CP Ari Muhammed Ali FCIA, directed that operatives from Oleh Division proceed to Bayelsa State for a discreet investigation with a view to arresting the suspects.

Upon an intelligence-led investigation, one George Akporie 'm' age 25yrs, Prosper Asaeta 'm' age 29yrs and Eziekel Stephen 'm' age 23yrs all of Igbide Group, Oleh have been arrested at Sagbama in Bayelsa State.

One locally-made gun was recovered from the suspects and they are going to be charged to courtroom upon completion of the investigation.
