Three Quick Film Reviews - Looper, Dream House and Limitless.

LOOPER:
was just garbage. I tried so hard to like this film, but, "What was the point of all that plastic make-up on Joseph Gordon-Levitt's young-Joe face?" And how did they get the future Joe back to his past Joe, if the Looper fraternity just gets random anonymous targets to dispose of?
DREAM HOUSE:
I really wasn't enamoured by this film ... until the second reel turnaround/reveal. In fact, it was very enjoyable ... until an unconscious Daniel Craig dreamt up a ghostly distraction. Oh, dear.
LIMITLESS:
my favorite film of the trio. Simple as that. Opening line, and I'm fished in. "What kind of guy without a drug or alcohol problem looks this way? Only a writer?" Okay, it was a 'bit wordy' where it didn't need to be, and I was a bit irked by the dominant Eastern European character, but it was loads of fun.
