Thoofan starring Megapower Star Ram Charan is going to be the first real biggie that is going to hit the screens after a very long and unexpected break. The online bookings for the film have been opened earlier in the day but questions pertaining to its screenings still loom large, given the volatile political situation in the state currently.
Already reports have come about notices being sent by certain ‘always-ready-to-attack-cinema’ folks regarding the banning of the film. Will the distributors and exhibitors (who are going through horror at cinemas due to lack of real big films) heed to their threat is to be seen. However it looks almost certain that there would be a lot of furor all over when the movie hits the screens on September 6.

There would however be no problem with Zanjeer or Thoofan screenings in rest of the country and overseas.
