This Weeks Office Hot Picks

By Britishcouture
I blame Grazia for this post. Last week they were very naughty as along with their magazine they also included an office magazine full of the most wonderful shoes available, promoting existing styles, but also all the new releases. Oh I was in heaven. After slowly flicking through page by page, constructing images in my mind of what outfit I would wear with what shoes, I jumped on the laptop and headed to their website for another hour or so of lusting. Take a peek at my favorite shoes this week:

This Weeks Office Hot Picks

Underground Wulfrun Creeper Black Large Leopard Sde £95.00
Eye Eye Captain Black Velvet £40.00
Defiant Chelsea Black Nubuck £90.00
Converse Ctas Moc Fringe Monks Robe £59.99
Vans Authentic Hi White Canvas Exclusive £47.99
Britannia Reigns Black Velvet £55.00
My ultimate faves are the Moc Fringe Converse in the bottom left and the Defiant Chelsea Boot in the top right. Both timeless classics. The Creepers in the top left are something I wouldn't of even considering buying a couple of months ago, however I've seen a few people strutting their stuff in them and I have to say they look pretty classy. I think it's the think sole that puts people off. The leopard print fur makes them that little bit different, and much more stylish. I would probably wear these with black skinny jeans and a tee. Next, I couldn't miss out the popular slipper design shoe. These two grabbed my eye out of a huge selection of plain, leather, studded and many more. I thought the Eye Eye Pirate design was perfect for the style of the shoe. Also being founder of British Couture I couldn't help but think I needed these Britannia Reigns Heeled Slippers in my collection. They've got British written all over them. Not overly keen on the heel, but we'll see. Lastly, it is nice to see that Vans have taken on the famous high top similar to Converse. Both brands are competing as it is but this has thrown a whole new spanner into the works. I can't help but look at the Vans and think of Converse. I liked the white ones, they look neat and fresh, however knowing me it won't take long before they are plastered in mud and dirt. White is not the best color to where on your feet and especially not at this time of year. These would look great teamed with a pair of denim jeans and a plain white tee. But somethings telling me these aren't the most practical choice for Autumn/Winter. Perhaps next Spring/Summer I will invest.

What are your favourites? Have I convinced you into buying a pair?
