This New Minnesota Airbnb A-Frame Looks Unbelievably Cozy

Eager for quarantine to lift, it’s most likely that we Minnesotans are making big plans for our emergence from the indoors. After all, Minnesota is such a luscious state with much to explore. Of course, traveling across this beautiful land will require lodging, which can also be just as immaculate. But when summer springs forth, it’s preferable to favor a Minnesota Airbnb that is more light and airy than the usual cozy cabin feel of interiors built for winter.

The Atlas A-Frame, located in Crosby, MN, is just such a spot that offers the perfect mixture of comfort and openness. With a Scandinavian flair, this Airbnb was designed for its simplicity. Not only does the cabin have a beautiful view of Abney Lake, but the interior is just as astounding. With its chic white motif and very open nature, the indoor space has been said to be sparkling clean by numerous guests. Best part? It’s only $218 (give or take) a night for up to six guests, meaning if you split it with ya few friends, you’re looking at $36 each nightly.

Considering a package there allows you to use the whole cabin, the Atlas A-Frame is ridiculously spacious. It contains two bedrooms with four beds, perfect for lodging for as many as six people, located on the lower level and upstairs. By far the best bedroom is the upstairs loft with a king mattress and a gorgeous view of the lake, so call dibs on this one if you bring you’re going with a group. There is a living room with a fireplace for nights when it’s perfect to get cozy (no firewood is available, however, so you’ll want to pack some of your own if you intend a winter stay). Of course, there is also a kitchen, perfect for cooking meals of all sorts, and a bathroom, complete with shampoo and hairdryer.

The cabin lets one really appreciate the setting considering the cabin has no television or wifi. The large view from the A-Frame’s windows is perfect for just taking in the scenery, made all the more relaxing with the placement of rocking chairs on the upstairs loft. Naturally, when it’s nice out, you’d want to be more outdoors and there’s thankfully a deck if you want to absorb the Minnesota wonder closer. Even better, pets can enjoy the location as well as they’re welcome.

There’s a simplicity to the spacious environment of walls of white and wood. The bedrooms are open enough yet still feature some decorations that are not too imposing, be it the white curtains or the Slow Down sign in the bathroom. It has a cabin feel, but still contains the essential technology one would desire of a stove, refrigerator, central heating, and air conditioning. But if you absolutely must bring your laptop, the space also features a desk if your work just can’t take a vacation from your vacation.

Even with all the glory of nature, the A-Frame isn’t too far from civilization for being surrounded by trails for biking and snowmobiling. The cabin is only about 10 minutes away from the nearest grocery store and restaurants in Crosby Lake. You’ll find even more places to dine and explore in Crosby, only about 25 minutes away.

As a relatively new location, the Atlas A-Frame is an absolutely ideal spot for vacationing when quarantine ends. It feels cozy without being cramped and is open enough to make one feel the need to venture out onto the deck or rent a boat to better experience the lake. There’s enough nature to explore with the glorious lake location, as well as not being too far off the path to gather some supplies. Be it summer or winter when we finally find the time to escape, this is certainly a prime spot for quiet relaxation and contemplation. Sure, we have that now in quarantine, but there’s something more relaxing about doing so next to a lake most beautiful.
