A certain sitcom actor made a lot of noise a while back about 'winning'... which was a lot more like whining, and losing. It sounds remarkably like the current 'we won' 'it was worth it' rhetoric of the radical right wing of the GOP, including the Tea Party. They got nothing, they lost ground, they lost popularity which is quite possibly going to haunt them into the 2014 election cycle, and they significantly damaged the GOP 'brand' even further than their 2013 election cycle politics did.
