This is Precisely What I Live For...

Yesterday I donned my hunter wellies and, well, watched the housemates pull some fairly sizable parsnips out of the veg patch. This was all the inspiration we needed for a house roast dinner. Beef brisket, roast potatoes and veg, plus homemade chestnut stuffing. Those of us that could manage, finished up with a hearty portion of apple crumble and custard.
