I tried a third variety of Silver Hills bread. This time it was Sprouted Power The Big 16 wheat bread.
Organic sprouted whole wheat, Water, Vital wheat gluten, Organic oat flakes, Sugars (organic cane sugar), Organic grain and seed mix (organic brown flax seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic millet, organic sprouted whole khorasan wheat, organic sprouted whole rye, organic sprouted whole barley, organic sprouted whole buckwheat, organic sprouted whole corn, organic sprouted whole brown rice, organic rolled oats, organic sesame seeds, organic quinoa, organic amaranth, organic sprouted whole spelt), Cultured wheat flour (wheat flour, bacterial culture), Yeast, Sea salt
I like the way the bread is sliced. It is shaped different from the other versions of Silver Hills that I’ve ate.
The 16 Grain tasted good, but not as good as the Organic Ancient Grain Big Red’s and Squirrelly Wheat bread in my opinion.
There are no oils within any of the breads and there is only 1g of added sugar. The Squirrelly Wheat Bread has no added sugar at all.
