The universe doesn’t give you what you ask for with your thoughts – it gives you what you demand with your actions.”

Getting on
Having done some thinking and planing myself over the last couple of weeks I thought I had better share this and let you know of some changes that I’ve decided to implement on the Forget-me-Not Cultivation blog.
I absolutely adore this blog, it’s like my creative space, a board for sounding ideas, a space for meeting new people, and a digital platform to record infinite possibilities and adventures already taken, all in one place. But even I know when it’s time to start changing the way I do things.
When I first started this blog I didn’t think I’d ever be able to write a post a week, let along two or three.
Then again I never expected to loose weight, start jogging, write a novel, visit amazing places in the world or have a sustainable veggie growing garden. Hoping along the way that the blog has also gone some small way to inspiring others to start their own adventures.
I also didn’t think it would be possible to stand up for my deeply held convictions or support others in doing the same but in the 202 posts I’ve created all the above has happened and now it’s time to take it a step further.
Development doesn’t stop for anyone, including me. There is still loads I want to explore, plenty of new things I want to try out and oodles of great stuff I want to share on the Forget-me-Not Cultivation blog and I’m going to start implementing that in a new way.
- First off I’m going to reduce my post’s down to one per week.
- Secondly I’m going to change the blog’s design.
- Thirdly I’m going to work harder than ever to support more people to either think about or engage in growing their own veggies and looking at their world in a more sustainable way through the blog and in my life.
Nothing else will change, the quality, the diversity and the person behind the blog ain’t gonna change.
If I spend more time on better quality posts then you, my readers, will benefit.
This blog (although having dabbled) has never been interested in promoting other companies goods, nor has it ever been about making money from it.
It’s is a place simply to share my experiences in all things garden/nature/personal development/creative writing.
Most importantly I enjoy engaging with my readers, who very kindly engage with me .
So starting from next week posts will be published on a Tuesday.
Don’t worry, I’ll still be around (all the time) to answer any questions and queries you have around all things plant and cultivation related :-)
Thanks for following this blog, and see you next week.
PS – Don’t forget to do something good this weekend.
