According to the report from the Punch, a former member of the National Assembly, Senator Magnus Abe reaffirmed his unwavering support and respect for his political party and the current Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara.

Drawing from his own experience as one of the 11 members of the National Assembly who defected to the APC without losing his seat.

He emphasized their commitment to maintaining peace within Rivers State and continuously advocating for it.

Magnus Abe said this while addressing the All Progressive Congress stakeholders in Porth Harcourt on Wednesday.

He said, “I will always support my party. I will always defend my party. I have the greatest respect for the Governor of Rivers State (Fubara).
