Like The Scorch Trials, I've seen the movie for this book as well and strangely remember almost nothing about it. This picks up straight after the last book ended and events fairly rattle along until Thomas and the Gladers and everyone they encounter finally know WICKED'S true purpose and their intentions for a devastated world. Like the other books this is fast paced and intense as Thomas faces betrayal on all sides and wonders if he can trust anyone. I enjoyed this more than The Scorch Trials but not as much as The Maze Runner.
