These simple sugary cubes might not mean much to most people other than putting them into their drinks, but to Brendan Jamison they are tiny bricks just waiting to be used to build something. And he really does make some rather amazing things…

FACT: Good news for all use snackers indeed, as the growth in average yearly sugar use in foods made worldwide appears to have stopped in 2014, and may even have slightly declined!
