Verdict on The Witch Part 1 – The Subversion

The Witch Part 1 – The Subversion is an action sci-fi mystery following a young woman that learns about her past. It follows her as she thinks she has a normal life, but the secrets about her mysterious past will return to show her how deadly she truly is.

This is a big action movie that gets to play into the concept of scientists experimenting on children. It gets to show how one could have repressed memories about their life but once they get released, they become deadly. The movie simmers along to start with, but once everything is unleashed we are thrown into a much more chaotic world. It does become a little bit too chaotic in the final third of the movie, making it hard to keep up with everything.

Final ThoughtsThe Witch Part 1 – The Subversion is a chaotic action movie.
