Yayyyy... the EU wants to usher in a "new travel surveillance era" after the attack in Paris. And sure, I usually say this stuff is pointless security theater, but this time I'm particularly head-desky, because one of the main takeaways of the attacks was that the killers were, in fact, local. Sure hope the Eurostar gets its shizz together before I head to Paris next month...
